What You'll Do

• Administer Medications - Safely provide medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
• Maintain Accurate Records - Document medication administration completely and on time.
• Monitor Residents - Watch for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly.
• Provide Compassionate Care - Assist with daily living needs while protecting each resident's dignity and independence.
• Offer Overnight Support - Help maintain a calm, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the night.
• Build Meaningful Connections - Create positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Support an EPIC Culture - Bring compassion, accountability, and team spirit to every shift.

What You'll Bring

• Required Certification - An active 40-hour Medication Aide certification that meets Nebraska requirements.
• Compassionate Approach - Patience and a genuine interest in supporting older adults.
• Communication Skills - Strong verbal, written, and documentation abilities.
• Technology Skills - Basic computer skills for medication tracking and electronic records.
