Medicare Enrollment Specialist

To support Medicare patients in navigating their healthcare, the full-time Patient Enrollment Specialist will engage in phone conversations to explain services, confirm Medicare details, and book initial doctor visits, all while working remotely as a 1099 independent contractor. Key responsibilities Conduct approximately 6.5 hours of phone conversations daily with new and returning patients Achieve a daily target of 15 patient activations by booking their first doctor visit during calls Document patient interactions and flag urgent needs for the care team while ensuring compliance with patient privacy regulations Required qualifications Active LPN/LVN or RN license, or Community Health Worker (CHW) certification, or 2+ years of experience in patient-facing roles Knowledge of Medicare, including Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls focused on booking patient visits Access to a reliable computer, internet connection, and a private space for patient interactions Must be located in the United States
