Conducting Medicare prescription drug reconsideration decisions, the full-time Late Enrollment Penalty Analyst will work remotely to write clear decisions, research appeal issues, and ensure compliance with CMS regulations and policies. Key responsibilities Write non-medical prescription drug reconsideration or Late Enrollment Penalty decisions that are clear and well-supported Research and address all appeal issues while ensuring compliance with CMS regulations and Health Plan formulary rules Make independent decisions based on submitted evidence and relevant regulations Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Two years of general office experience, with relevant college education or technical training considered as a substitute Experience directly related to Part D Late Enrollment Penalty appeals is preferred Must have resided in the United States for a minimum of three years out of the last five years
