Medicare Compliance Specialist

Supporting the Medicare business operations, the full-time Agency Enablement Specialist will manage agent onboarding, compliance auditing, and customer retention strategies in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Guide sales agents through the onboarding and contracting process with major Medicare carriers while ensuring compliance with licensing requirements Evaluate sales and support calls against compliance standards, identifying risks and providing feedback for training improvements Conduct proactive member engagement and handle inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction and retention Required qualifications Strong experience in Medicare sales, operations, customer service, or retention, with familiarity in compliance and CMS guidelines Active health insurance license and Medicare certification, with the ability to maintain reciprocity across states Demonstrated adaptability and ownership in managing diverse tasks across licensing, compliance, and customer support Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex processes to various stakeholders Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
