Working remotely, the full-time Lead Compliance Specialist in Medicare will partner with functional departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, conduct regulatory research, and provide guidance for business process improvements. Key responsibilities Conduct regulatory research to address compliance inquiries and provide guidance for business process improvements Communicate with business leadership regarding regulatory compliance initiatives and ensure understanding of actionable memos Manage monitoring and auditing processes for assigned business areas, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree (Required) 5 - 8+ years' work experience in regulatory healthcare operations compliance (Required) Thorough knowledge of State and/or Federal programs operations and regulations (Required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Required) Advanced degree (MPH, MHA, JD and/or MBA) and/or professional certification (Preferred)
