To support billing operations, the full-time Medicare B Billing Specialist will manage research, billing, collections, and resolution of assigned accounts while working remotely across the continental USA. Key responsibilities Investigates Medicare B eligibility, including diagnosis, place of service, and medication for payment Prepares assignment of benefits and obtains necessary signatures from responsible parties Transmits electronic claims to Medicare B and prepares claims for secondary payers when applicable Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree desired Two years of billing and/or collections experience; Medicare B preferred Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field Certified Pharmacy Technician is desired Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
