Seeking a Senior Clinical Laboratory Technologist with Cytogenetics Technologist Certification Required, this full-time remote position will perform complex technical procedures, determine specimen acceptability, and troubleshoot instrumentation while working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM ET. Key responsibilities Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria Perform routine and complex technical procedures and functions according to departmental Standard Operating Procedures Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper functionality Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology 4 years or more of clinical laboratory testing experience Certified by the National Credentialing Agency in Cytogenetics (CLSp-CG) or equivalent certification Understanding of laboratory operations as well as policies and procedures Ability to work independently and within a team environment
