This role is ideal for experienced lab professionals with strong technicalexpertise, quality focus, and ability tooperateindependently.

As an MLT/MLT You will perform a wide range of moderate- to high-complexity testing across areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood bank, helping deliveraccurateandtimelyresults that directly support clinical decisions. The position offers hands-on experience with advanced laboratory technology, including operating and troubleshooting analyzers,validatingquality control, and maintaining equipment.You’lldevelop strong analytical skills by reviewing and verifying test results, ensuring quality standards, and managing specimen integrity throughout the testing process.Additionalresponsibilities include supporting blood product preparation,maintainingcompliance and documentation, and contributing to quality improvement and process development initiatives—making this a dynamic role focused on both professional growth and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• ASCP Certification (MLS or MLT) – required (or obtained within 18 months) and maintained during employment
• Associate’s orBachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Scienceor related field
• 2–3+ years of clinical laboratory experience (preferred)
