Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required within the last 6 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Ardent Health.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: At least 1 year of inpatient med/surg experience.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric medical surgical patient population. Telemetry is monitored in a centralized unit. Free floating charge nurse. Patient Care Technicians assigned to each unit. Patient Transporters available. House discharge nurse that floats across all departments. All travelers must be prepared to care for COVID patients if assigned.
Special Requests: In the first 8 weeks there cannot be more than 3 days of RTO requested. After those 8 weeks they are flexible. No travel pairs will be considered.
Shift & Scheduling: 3x12 or 4x12 nights. All BSA contracts are 48 hours per week, although not guaranteed.
Floating Requirements: To units of equal or lesser acuity.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
