Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Float Registered Nurse on our Medical Surgical Floors, you will bring your full self – body, mind, heart, and spirit – to your work. You will provide care across various departments, including Med Surg, Ortho Medical Trauma, Medical Oncology Palliative Care, Observation, and Neuro Surgical Trauma. Your compassionate nature and strong integrity will resonate with patients and colleagues alike. About The Role

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across various medical surgical floors.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
• Prioritize quality care with patients’ best interests at heart.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN required within 48 months of hire.
• Minimum one (1) year of RN experience in acute care M/S.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Current ACLS certification or ability to obtain within one (1) year.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
