The incumbent serves as an Advanced Medical Support Assistant (AMSA) in the Patient Benefits Department of the Health Administration Service (HAS) at the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System, Reno, Nevada. Extensive knowledge of Medical Center policies and directives is required to respond to inquiries from veterans staff and other agencies regarding applying for health care eligibility etc.
