Every accurate note, documented order, and complete patient record plays an important role in helping our physicians provide exceptional emergency care with efficiency, compassion, and confidence.At Hospitality Health ER, we believe healthcare should feel personal. As a freestanding emergency room, we combine concierge-level hospitality with high-quality emergency medicine, creating an experience that puts patients and families at ease during some of life's most stressful moments.As a Medical Scribe, you'll work alongside our physicians in real time, documenting patient encounters, medical histories, diagnostic results, and treatment plans. Your precision and professionalism will help ensure smooth clinical operations and allow providers to focus on what matters most—caring for patients.What You'll DoDocument patient encounters accurately and efficiently during physician evaluationsRecord medical histories, physical exams, physician orders, and treatment plansEnter laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic results into the medical recordAssist physicians by documenting care in real time and supporting workflow efficiencyMaintain accurate, organized, and confidential patient documentationCommunicate professionally with physicians, patients, families, and team membersUphold Hospitality Health ER's standards of exceptional service and compassionate careDemonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and a team-first attitudePerform additional duties as assigned by the Medical DirectorWhat We're Looking ForTwo years of college in a healthcare-related field preferredStrong knowledge of medical terminologySuccessful completion of clinical orientation and demonstrated competencyExcellent written communication and documentation skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with providersCustomer service experience in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-stress environmentsCommitment to ongoing learning, growth, and professional developmentSchedulePRN (as needed) with a minimum commitment of two 12-hour shifts per month, including rotating nights and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).Why Join Hospitality Health ER?We're building a team that values kindness, professionalism, teamwork, and a genuine passion for helping others.
