We are searching for a Contract Recruiter to support a client in Winston-Salem, NC. This will be a 4-6 month contract with hybrid capabilities (3 days onsite/2 remote). Must have prior experience recruiting for specialized production based roles, not bulk hiring. Responsibilities: Post open requisitions through ATS Review and qualify applicants based on open req. requirements Conduct initial phone screen with qualified candidates Schedule additional interviews with hiring manager Once offer has been extended, initiate onboarding through ATS
Qualifications: Must have front-end specializing recruiting experience manufacturing/production based roles Must have strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks Experience using ADP a plus Must give dedicated attention to each role; this is not a bulk hiring environment Must be comfortable with 4-6 month contract
