Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to find qualified candidates. Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience. Managing the Recruitment Process: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Office. Spanish fluency adds a premium!
