Job Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant / Recruiter Location: Paramus, NJ – Hybrid Employment Type: Contract
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer coordination. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and recruiting priorities. Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Recruit for a variety of corporate, commercial, scientific, and technical positions. Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or corporate recruiting.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment and partnering directly with hiring managers.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
Experience working with ATS systems.
