To support the indexing team, the full-time Medical Records Indexer will accurately identify and classify medical records for review by coding teams while working remotely from home. Key responsibilities Input medical record data into the Appxtender document management system Maintain a turnaround time of 48 hours for processing across all client health plans Ensure compliance with established guidelines and participate in internal quality audits Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with a typing test required Basic knowledge of medical records interpretation At least 1 year of data entry experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
