By coordinating patient care and managing scheduling, you ensure smooth daily operations and help reduce stress for those seeking our services.Candidates who join us will be empowered to grow, with opportunities to develop skills and advance into leadership roles. We prioritize compassion, respect, and acceptance in every interaction, recognizing that our receptionist often provides support during times of high need and emotional stress.What You'll DoDeliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting patients and visitors in person and on the phone, establishing a welcoming and professional first impression.Coordinate patient care by managing appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling using practice management software.Collect, verify, and update patient insurance information; assist patients with insurance questions and ensure accurate insurance billing details.Apply copayments and process payments accurately at check-in or check-out.Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPPA regulations.Answer incoming calls promptly, directing inquiries to appropriate staff and providing basic information about services and office protocols.Assist patients with completing required intake forms, consents, and other documentation.Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient flow and timely communication of patient needs.Address patient concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as appropriate.Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with office procedures, technologies, and customer service best practices.Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall office efficiency and enhance the patient experience.Benefits14 Paid Holidays: 12 company-paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays each yearGenerous PTO: Earn up to 2 weeks of paid time off during your first year, based on hours workedPaid Sick Leave: Earn up to 6.5 days of paid sick leave, based on hours workedRetirement Benefits: Participate in a retirement plan featuring a competitive employer matchComprehensive Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage optionsEmployer-Paid Life Insurance: Valuable life insurance coverage provided at no cost to you.
