Job TitleServe as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and callers, providing courteous and professional assistance at all timesManage a high volume of incoming phone calls, using excellent phone etiquette to route calls, take messages, and answer general inquiriesSchedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments using practice management systems and office toolsGreet and check in patients, verify identification and insurance information, and ensure all required forms are completed accuratelyMaintain and update patient records and logs using Google Sheets, Excel, and Word with a high level of accuracy and confidentialityCoordinate patient flow in a busy clinic, communicating effectively with clinical and support staff to minimize wait timesCollect and process payments, co-pays, and billing information in accordance with clinic proceduresHandle sensitive patient information in compliance with privacy and confidentiality standardsPerform general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, printing, and document preparation to support clinic operationsPrioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing competing demands while maintaining attention to detailAssist with incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mailed documentsSupport other reception and administrative duties as assigned to ensure the smooth running of the clinic during the fixed termQualificationsMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or customer service role; experience in a medical or clinical setting is preferredProficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and Word for data entry, record-keeping, and basic reportingStrong phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls professionallyDemonstrated customer service skills with a patient, empathetic, and professional demeanorProven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, busy clinic environmentHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, scheduling, and documentationAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information appropriatelyStrong organizational skills and the ability to follow established processes and proceduresComfort working 10 hour shifts, with flexibility to adapt to changing clinic needsAble to work Monday, Wednesday, and one weekend day every other weekend.BenefitsMedical, dental & vision coverage, effective first day of employmentHealth Savings Account & Flexible Savings Account option for health care & dependent carePaid time off, paid sick leave401k retirement savings plans with employer matchLife & Disability Insurance
