Medical Receptionist - Greenfield, MA

Front Desk ReceptionistSalary: $17 - $18/HourMVPT Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Full time - 40 hours per week. In this role, you will be the front office point person, handling scheduling and day-to-day workflow.

You will oversee the check-in/out process, ensuring it's fast, friendly, and accurate, and you will act as the go-to for insurance verifications, authorizations, and co-pay collections. At the Greenfield clinic, our clinicians have a variety of individual specialties, helping us treat a wide range of patients while learning from one another along the way. We value collaboration and mentorship, and make time for it through monthly clinical meetings where we research a topic throughout the month and come together to share what we've learned through hands-on discussion and informal in-services.We're located in the former Body Shoppe, a long-standing home for exercise, wellness, and physical therapy.

We share the space with FRST Strength, a personal training company we frequently collaborate with and refer patients to as they transition beyond physical therapy.
