Medical Receptionist

Front Desk ReceptionistBay State Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Full time - 40 hours per week. In this role, you will be the front office point person, handling scheduling and day-to-day workflow.

You will oversee the check-in/out process, ensuring it's fast, friendly, and accurate, and you will act as the go-to for insurance verifications, authorizations, and co-pay collections. You'll be the engine that keeps our clinic running smoothly and ensures every patient feels seen and heard. Located ten minutes from Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place, our Foxboro clinic offers a dynamic and supportive environment for both patients and clinicians.

Our team includes two highly experienced physical therapists with more than 25 years of orthopedic expertise, creating a strong foundation of mentorship and clinical excellence.
