Our environment is filled with hard-working, dynamic individuals who come together to ensure the success of our partner dermatologists.Job DescriptionPatient scheduling, reminder calls, follow-up appointmentsChecking in patients, verifying insurance as well as updating patient demographics in PMS.Filing, faxing, scanning, general clerical workKnowledge and desire to navigate practice Website and follow up patient inquiries from website.Communicating with patients via phone as well as office emailQualificationsThe ability to understand and differentiate between patient insurances; commercial plans vs Medicare.
