Multi-site Dermatology Group Seeks Medical ReceptionistOptima Dermatology is recruiting an experienced full-time Medical Receptionist to join our growing Dermatology and Medical Aesthetics group in Concord, NH.Location: 171 Pleasant St, Suite 101, Concord, NH 03301ResponsibilitiesCompleting patient check-in and check-out proceduresAnswering incoming calls and providing appropriate follow-upHandling patient queries, concerns, and complaintsVerifying and documenting patient informationWelcome and greet patients entering/leaving the officeQualificationsAt least 1 year of prior relevant experienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsFriendly, upbeat attitude a MUSTAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a medical office preferredEMA/EMR experience preferredThe position will offer competitive compensation.
