Essential Duties include but not limited to:

- Assesses patients' mental and physical status based on the presenting symptoms and complaints n
- Documents patients' medical and psychological histories, physical assessment results, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and outcomes n
- Writing prescriptions for psychotropic and detox medications as allowed by state regulations and collaborative practice agreements n
- Evaluate patients' behavior to formulate diagnoses or assess treatments n
Required Skills/Abilities:
n- n
- Strong skills to manage, coordinate, and evaluate the care and education of the patient n
- Trained to adhere to medications and therapies with protocols. n
- May be required to weekends, and holidays. Rotating Schedule. n
- Strong computer skills, telehealth capabilities. n
Education, Licenses & Experience:
n- n
- Must possess current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License n
- DEA License n
- Addiction Treatment experience preferred, but not required n
- MAT Waiver Training completed to prescribe detox medications is preferred n
- Will consider new grads who are passionate about getting into addiction and psychiatry! n
