Medical Oncologist

This hospital-based facility in Wisconsin is seeking a locum tenens Medical Oncologist for ongoing coverage starting in November. The clinician will provide comprehensive medical oncology treatments, managing both inpatient rounding and clinic-based patient care alongside a collaborative team of oncologists and nurse practitioners. The role includes weekday daytime hours with weekend call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical oncology treatments
• Provide inpatient rounding and clinic-based patient management
• Manage an average of 15 patients per day across both inpatient and clinic settings
• Manage an average of 10 new consults
• Provide weekend call coverage on a 1:3 rotation
