Job Details:
- BE/BC Medical Oncologist opportunity at a well-established community hospital serving Litchfield County and Northwest Connecticut
- Clinical practice experience in multi-disciplinary cancer care delivery required
- Participation in clinical trials as a principal investigator expected
- Work within a nationally respected, progressive, physician-led environment
- Multi-disciplinary care led through Disease Management Teams (DMT) bringing together medical, surgical and radiation oncologists with pathology, nursing, pharmacy and allied health cancer professionals
- Collaborate with colleagues to standardize care and practices across an integrated delivery system
- Engage in quality metrics, clinical research, and innovation through implementation science
- Access to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Alliance clinical trials including phase 1 studies
- Active collaboration with MSK faculty through GI DMT, cancer conferences and research activities
- Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed in the State of Connecticut
