Medical Oncologist

The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, SC, a physician-owned and governed multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health, is seeking a BC/BE Medical Oncologist to join their growing team in a Wisconsin lakeside community. This position offers a high degree of flexibility to shape your practice based on clinical interests while supporting community needs within an established cancer center. Providers will enjoy a collaborative environment with light call volume, a 4-day work week, and comprehensive support from an experienced oncology team.

Practice Info

• Join an established and growing cancer team: 3 medical oncologists, 2 radiation oncologists, 2 medical oncology APNPs
• Established, free-standing, comprehensive cancer center that is currently undergoing a $15 million expansion project opening in Spring 2027
• Quality oncology program accredited by Commission on Cancer (CoC) and QOPI
• Two dedicated medical oncology APNPs who support the service

• Limited Inpatient service requirement

Compensation

• $646,000 guaranteed salary to start with eligibility for a production-based salary opportunity to earn $909,402
• Shareholder opportunity within 12 months of employment
