Medical Oncologist

AdventHealth Cancer Institute and AdventHealth Medical Group are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible medical oncologist to join their growing team at AdventHealth Lake Nona. This full-time, employed opportunity focuses on adult general medical oncology within a highly connected cancer program, supported by extensive resources and a multidisciplinary team. The role offers the chance to practice patient-centered care in a rapidly expanding Central Florida market, contributing to a cancer system ranked in the top 4% nationally.

Practice Info

• Primarily outpatient general medical oncology practice with strong inpatient support
• Collaborative care environment with access to feeder services and multidisciplinary partners
• Strong clinical support including RN navigation, social work, research coordination, and multidisciplinary tumor boards
• Opportunity to help shape and grow the oncology program within a rapidly expanding Central Florida market
• EPIC electronic medical record system

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Fellowship-trained in Hematology/Oncology
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
