Medical Malpractice Litigation Associate ( Hybrid ) $125,000.00-$150,000.00 + Full Benefits

New York Home Care in partnership with Talent Legal Recruiters seeks a Medical Malpractice Litigation Associate for a top notch Law Firm in Manhattan.

This position will allow you to work remotely from home in addition to in the office. This is a VERY hands on position in which you will be taking depositions and arguing motions in court as well as other daily activities.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of medical malpractice litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).


• Experience taking depositions.


• Experience arguing motions in court.


• Strong writing skills.


• Trial experience as first or second chair Is preferred as well as trial preparation experience.
