Medical Malpractice Attorney
Location: Marlton, NJ (Remote or Hybrid Available)
Experience: 3+ Years through Partner Level
Salary Range: $100,000–$275,000+ depending on level and experience
Our client, a nationally recognizedAm Law 100 law firm , is seeking experienced Medical Malpractice Attorneys to join its growing practice. The firm is considering attorneys ranging from experienced associates through partner level who have a background in medical malpractice and healthcare litigation in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania.
What You'll Work On
Handle medical malpractice and healthcare litigation matters through various stages of litigation
Draft pleadings, correspondence, opinion letters, motions, and other substantive documents
Review and analyze medical records, discovery, and other case materials
Prepare for, attend, take, and defend depositions
Coordinate with fact and expert witnesses
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
Communicate directly with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and co-counsel
Manage matters in accordance with applicable state and federal procedural rules
What We're Looking For
3+ years of litigation experience through partner level
Medical malpractice and/or healthcare litigation experience
Strong litigation, legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience with discovery and depositions
Excellent written and oral communication abilities
Ability to manage assignments and matters with minimal supervision
Strong academic credentials
Knowledge of applicable state and federal court rules and procedures
Active New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania Bar admission required

Compensation & Benefits
Associates: $100,000–$165,000
Senior Counsel / Of Counsel: $140,000–$215,000
Partners: $190,000–$275,000+
