Customer Service RepresentativeAccurate Courier Services is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Cincinnati team.We specialize in medical courier services, working with healthcare organizations to make sure time-sensitive deliveries get where they need to go. This is a fast-paced position where communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving matter.What You'll DoAnswer incoming client calls, take orders, and provide delivery updatesReview and process routed and on-demand delivery ordersMonitor active routes and deliveries for delays or potential issuesComplete Quality Assurance checks and follow up on missing or incomplete informationDocument customer and delivery information accuratelyCommunicate with Dispatch and Operations to resolve issuesHandle customer concerns and escalate when neededFollow established procedures while using good judgment when situations come upMaintain professional communication with clients, drivers, and coworkersWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDAt least 1 year of customer service experience preferredStrong phone and written communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAble to multitask and stay organizedStrong attention to detailComfortable using computers and learning new systemsBasic Excel knowledgeAble to problem-solve and make decisionsDependable and able to work scheduled shifts consistentlyWilling to work overtime when neededScheduleFull-Time: 2:00 PM-10:00 PMSchedule will vary based on department needsWeekend availability is requiredCandidates must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays as scheduledPay$17.00 per hourThis position is on-site at our Cincinnati location and is not remote.If you're dependable, comfortable on the phone, good at catching details, and can keep your head when things get busy, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today to join the Accurate Courier Services team.
