Seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technologist - FL Licensed for a remote position, the candidate will perform complex laboratory procedures, analyze specimens, and maintain quality control in a dynamic environment with a focus on continuous learning and professional development. Key responsibilities: Performs clinical laboratory tests and exercises independent judgment in the assigned specialty Maintains accurate records for proficiency testing and analyzes specimens using approved procedures Documents quality control measures and corrective actions for any deviations from established performance specifications Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a related field with laboratory experience ASCP certification for the assigned specialty is required Current Florida state license as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist 1+ years of experience in high complexity testing is preferred Knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality control standards
