What You'll Do
Diagnostic Testing & Analysis
- Perform complex diagnostic testing on blood, tissue, and body fluid specimens using advanced laboratory techniques.
- Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot sophisticated laboratory equipment to ensure precise and timely results.
- Analyze test results and work closely with healthcare providers to support accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory standards through routine quality control and internal audits.
- Offer leadership and mentorship to lab technicians while fostering a safe, supportive, and educational environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT).
- New graduates eligible for certification are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory practices, equipment, and safety protocols
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
