Medical Laboratory Technologist

Pride Health is currently seeking candidates for MLT / MLS – Generalist that will provide support for our client's healthcare systems in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Job Description:

Job Title: MLT / MLS – Generalist

Location: Lake Geneva, Wisconsin

Schedule : 40 hours/week

Shift: 4x10 days (10 hrs)

Pay Range for Traveler: $2,300.00- $2,400.00 Weekly DOE

Job Summary

We are looking for MLT/MLS – Generalist who is responsible for performing moderate to high complexity laboratory testing across multiple departments, including hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, microbiology, and blood bank. This role ensures accurate, timely, and reliable test results to support diagnosis and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and result lab samples using LIS
• Perform testing in:
• Hematology
• Urinalysis
• Blood Bank
• Microbiology
• Conduct automated and manual testing per policies
• Analyze and verify test results for accuracy
• Report critical results appropriately
• Maintain turnaround times

Required Certification & Experience:

• Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Medical lab Tech experience required.
• Hematology experience – Required.
• Blood Bank experience – Required
• Current MLT or MLS Generalist Certification
• Must meet CLIA high-complexity testing qualifications
