Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist to support high-quality diagnostic testing in a fast-paced oncology setting. This role is responsible for performing moderate to high-complexity laboratory testing to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of cancer patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, and specimen processing
• Ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance with CLIA, CAP, and safety standards
• Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Accurately document results in the laboratory information system (LIS)
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• ASCP or equivalent laboratory certification (required or eligible)
• Active or eligible Texas laboratory license
• Prior clinical laboratory experience preferred (oncology experience a plus)
