Lab Technician II

The Lab Technician II supports daily test lab operations, equipment qualification, test method validation, and various lab engineering projects. This role performs bench‑level engineering tests for design verification, feasibility, stability, and test method development under moderate supervision.

Pay Range

Base pay range: $24.00/hr - $27.00/hr (provided by Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC). The actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Duration: 12+ Months

Key Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex lab tests for DV, stability, feasibility, and test method development with minimal assistance.
• Review and support test requests to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with test method validations (TMVs) and test method development (TMD).
• Troubleshoot issues related to test setups or requests.
• Coordinate or lead test requests when assigned by the supervisor.
• Develop proficiency in one or more lab functions such as:
• Environmental chamber monitoring
• Equipment maintenance
• Calibration coordination
• Test procedure updates
• EHS requirements
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Help improve lab processes by creating tools or methods to simplify daily operations.
