Job Summary: The Medical Laboratory Technician performs testing procedures and utilizes laboratory equipment effectively to ensure high-quality patient care. This position is also responsible for performing and evaluating the Quality Control per Lab policy and procedure and assisting with laboratory training programs.

- Assist with laboratory training programs.
- Attend work regularly and be punctual.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Comply with established laboratory procedures and policies.
- Associate degree
- NCA, ASCP, HEW, or AMT certification.
- 1 year of general lab or equivalent clinical laboratory training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to listen, interact, and communicate effectively.
- Acute care experience
