You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care.Minimum Qualifications:Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Medical TechnologistCertification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by a recognized accrediting agencyExperience working in a clinical laboratory settingKnowledge of laboratory safety and infection control proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsResponsibilities:Performing laboratory tests and procedures, including but not limited to hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunologyAnalyzing and interpreting test results, and reporting findings to healthcare professionalsMaintaining accurate records of all tests performed and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsCalibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instrumentsParticipating in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test resultsSkills:As a Medical Lab Technician, you will use your knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques to perform a variety of tests and procedures, analyze and interpret results, and maintain accurate records.
