Medical Instrument Technicians (Mit) For Ultrasound TechnicianSpectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a Medical Instrument Technicians (MIT) for Ultrasound Technician to join our dynamic team at the Veterans Affairs Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHS).Work Hours:Monday – Sunday: Between the hours of Midnight – Midnight Including HolidaysLunch or dinner meal periods: employees that works an 8-hour shift shall be entitled to two (2) 15-minute breaks and one (1) 30-minute meal break.40 hours per week.Requirements:Minimum of two (2) years of current work experience in Medical SonographyEncouraged, but not required, to hold a valid American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) (AB) certificationCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) CertificationPicture Achieving & Communication Systems (PACS) work experience; however, AGFA PACS experience is preferred but not required. Training provided as needed.Have basic computer skills. Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Software (e.g.
