n
  • n Deliver instructor-led medical training in classroom, field, and simulated environmentsn
  • n Provide Instructor/Operator (I/O) support for all MSTC training events and coursesn
  • n Execute training in both individual and collective training environments, including battlefield simulation conditionsn
  • n Support training for Active Duty, Army Reserve, National Guard, and Department of Army Civiliansn
  • n Conduct student evaluations, performance assessments, and testing supportn
  • n Ensure compliance with medical certification standards and training requirementsn
  • n Support development, validation, and execution of Programs of Instruction (POIs)n
  • n Develop, modify, and execute realistic medical training scenariosn
  • n Integrate battlefield conditions, casualty effects, and scenario injects into training eventsn
  • n Support planning, coordination, and execution of military training exercisesn
  • n Provide support to unit-led training conducted within MSTC facilitiesn
  • n Configure and execute simulation environments during training eventsn
  • n Perform operator-level maintenance (PMCS) on all medical TADSS and training devicesn
  • n Troubleshoot simulation systems and resolve operational issuesn
  • n Coordinate with maintenance contractors for higher-level repairs and equipment issuesn
  • n Maintain accountability and readiness of all training devices, simulators, and equipmentn
  • n Prepare, manage, and maintain training materials, instructional aids, and suppliesn
  • n Manage moulage kits, medical consumables, and simulation support materialsn
  • n Conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) and provide performance feedback to students and unitsn
  • n Capture lessons learned and support continuous training improvementn
  • n Support training-related administrative functions, including documentation and reportingn
  • n Maintain training records, attendance tracking, and performance datan
  • n Coordinate training schedules and activities with MSTC staff and supported unitsn
  • n Support test events, validation activities, and certification requirementsn
  • n Support Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) sustainment and other designated coursesn
  • n Ensure readiness to support simultaneous and surge training operationsn
  • n Participate in training coordination meetings and daily synchronization activitiesn
  • n Comply with safety, risk management, and hazard reporting requirementsn
  • n Handle and manage hazardous materials (HAZMAT) in accordance with regulationsn
  • n Comply with all security requirements, including access control and identification proceduresn
  • n Complete required cybersecurity, AT Level I, OPSEC, TARP, and other mandatory trainingn
  • n Support Force Protection Condition (FPCON) requirements and operational changesn
  • n Comply with all applicable Army regulations, policies, and directivesn
  • n Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.n

n REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:n n
n
  • n High School Diploman
  • n Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.n
  • n Must be current in and maintain National Registry Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) with a level of Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or higher.n
  • n

n REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:n n
n
  • n Must meet one of the following requirements:n
  • n Former 68W or 18D Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) Advanced Leader Course (ALC) graduate;n
  • n Forner Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman E-6 or above;n
  • n Former Air Force 4NOX1, or Aerospace Medical Service E-6 or above;n
  • n Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA) or Physician.n

n DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:n n
n
  • n Advanced Life Support (ALS) Instructor certification desired.n
  • n Basic Life Support Instructor Certified.n
  • n

n REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:n n
n
  • n U. S. Citizenn
  • n Must have an active Public Trust clearance.n
  • n
