To support the Medical Information Contact Center, the full-time Medical Information Specialist will respond to consumer and healthcare professional inquiries for medical and safety information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining quality assurance in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Respond to unsolicited requests for medical and safety information via various communication channels Document and report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with regulatory standards and internal policies Perform quality checks on logged inquiries and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations Required qualifications Life science degree, Nursing degree (RN/BS/BA/MS), or Pharmacy degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading and professional telephone etiquette Proficiency in English, with the ability to write fluently and grammatically correct Experience in medical information or related fields is preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
