Supporting the Medical Information team, the full-time Medical Information Associate will manage initial adverse event and medical information inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide approved responses to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmaceutical clients Accurately identify, document, and report adverse events, special situation events, and product quality complaints within required timeframes Track and document all medical information inquiries within the Medical Information database comprehensively Required qualifications Healthcare-related degree in life sciences or biomedical fields (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing) Fluency in English; additional language skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, or Korean preferred 0-3 years of work experience in medical information or pharmacovigilance Customer service or call center experience preferred Willingness to perform out-of-hours service if required
