Our client is seeking a MD or DO leader to oversee the strategy, development, and growth of its medical education portfolio platform. This highly visible role will serve as the physician voice across the organization, driving curriculum development, content strategy, educational innovation, and physician engagement strategy. This position with interact heavily internally with all areas of the business, as well as 70+ external partners maintain and drive the evolution of the organization’s educational offerings in the market. This person will lead the efforts overseeing the educational activities and ensure the platform offerings remain relevant, evidence-based, and aligned with the evolving needs of physicians and healthcare professionals.

Required skills/experience:
- MD or DO requirement with significant clinical experience.
- 3+ years in a medical education, academic medicine, healthcare leadership, or related role.
- Experience developing curriculum and Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs.
- Knowledge of medical education accreditation standards (ACCME, ABMS, ACGME, LCME, COCA).
- Experience teaching in clinical settings.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and educational technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate medical literature and evidence-based content.
- Track record of publications, presentations, scholarship, and/or editorial experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
