Company Description Chuback Vein Center was one of the first dedicated vein centers in New Jersey, with over 20 years of experience serving the community. The practice is known for clinical excellence and a patient-centered approach where individuals feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their care and recovery. The multidisciplinary team includes experts in vein and lymphatic care, vascular ultrasound technologists, a nurse and nurse practitioner, patient care coordinators, and medical assistants. With an IAC accredited in-house vein center, and vascular imaging center, the group offers comprehensive treatment plans that integrate advanced vein therapies with surgical and non-surgical procedures to help patients look and feel their best.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Medical Doctor role is based in Paramus, NJ. The physician will evaluate and manage patients with venous and lymphatic conditions, perform and interpret diagnostic assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the broader clinical team. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing minimally invasive vein procedures, reviewing imaging and test results, documenting findings in the medical record, and ensuring safe, evidence-based care. The role also involves coordinating with Dr. Chuback, our nurse and nurse practitioner and vascular ultrasound technologists providing patient education, and supporting continuity of care across the vein and vascular imaging centers. The physician is expected to uphold high standards of professionalism, clinical quality, and patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Current MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency in a relevant specialty (e.g., vascular surgery, interventional radiology, cardiology, or related field).
  • Valid, unrestricted medical license in the State of New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain) and board certification or board eligibility in an appropriate specialty.
  • Clinical expertise in venous and vascular disease evaluation and management, including experience with minimally invasive vein procedures and interpretation of vascular imaging.
  • Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills, with the ability to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care, education, and clear documentation.
  • High standards of professionalism, ethical practice, and adherence to safety and quality protocols in an outpatient procedural environment.
  • Comfort working in a busy clinical setting, managing multiple patients and procedures, and using electronic health record systems efficiently.
  • Interest or experience in aesthetic medicine and non-surgical cosmetic procedures is a plus.
  • Willingness to participate in continuous learning, quality improvement initiatives, and practice development activities.
