Lead a well-established, six-doctor small animal hospital just northwest of Boston. What You'll Do
- Provide medical leadership while practicing high-quality clinical care
- Mentor associate veterinarians and support staff
- Support a culture of collaboration, education, and excellent patient care
- Champion team development and ongoing improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Licensed (or eligible) DVM/VMD in Massachusetts
- Confident in anesthesia, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and case management
- Skilled in communication, mentorship, and team leadership
- Eager to support a positive, inclusive, and fun work environment
