Your Role as Medical Director

You will:

• Lead and uphold medical standards of care
• Mentor and support three Associate DVMs
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager on workflow and hospital initiatives
• Guide case management and treatment approaches
• Foster a positive, accountable team culture
• Maintain an active clinical caseload

You’ll have leadership influence while administrative operations are supported - allowing you to focus on medicine and mentorship.
