Salary: $200,000 - $220,000 per year plus performance-based bonuses

As Medical Director, you will provide strategic medical leadership and serve as a mentor to a team of dedicated emergency veterinarians and support staff. Working within a state‑of‑the‑art emergency facility, you’ll have the tools and autonomy to uphold clinical excellence, improve workflows, and ensure outstanding patient care. Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree.
• Successful completion of the NAVLE.
• Active or eligible veterinary license for the state of Ohio.
• Previous leadership experience or strong interest in hospital management.
• Passion for mentorship, team development, and high standards of clinical care.
