AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified, fellowship-trained Vascular Surgeon to lead the Vascular Surgery Service Line as Medical Director across their East Florida Division. This full-time leadership and clinical position is based primarily at AdventHealth Daytona Beach and offers an exciting opportunity for a proven leader with strong clinical experience and a passion for program development, quality, and innovation.

- Work environment: Hospital Clinic/Private Practice
- Primary base: AdventHealth Daytona Beach, a 360-bed hospital expanding to 460 beds by 2026
- Oversight of vascular surgery services across Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, DeLand, and Fish Memorial campuses
- Lead a growing vascular team with support from cardiothoracic and other subspecialties
- AdventHealth Daytona Beach is a 362-bed acute care hospital with a full spectrum of specialties
- Recognized for excellence in cardiovascular care, neurosurgery, oncology, and more
Responsibilities
- Serve as Divisional Medical Director of Vascular Surgery for AdventHealth East Florida
- Oversight of vascular surgery services across Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, DeLand, and Fish Memorial campuses
- Lead a growing vascular team with support from cardiothoracic and other subspecialties
- Balance clinical and protected administrative time
- Report directly to the AHMG East Florida Executive Team and collaborate with system leaders and CMOs
- Support APP education, quality initiatives, and community outreach
