Responsibilities

The Medical Director will spend approximately 50% of time serving as Medical Director and 50% in clinical practice. The role includes overseeing all specialty and emergency doctors, fostering a culture of engaged and empowered caregivers, and partnering with the Hospital Director to evaluate, plan, and implement best‑in‑class healthcare delivery. Together the dyad leadership team provides strategic direction, promotes diversity of thought, and supports both operational and medical excellence.
