Sub‑Acute, Long‑Term Care is a sector of healthcare exploding with potential and work‑life balance flexibility (no weekends or on‑call). We are seeking a FFS Attending Physician/Medical Director for our Casa Real Center located in Albuquerque, NM, with potential float to nearby centers. This is a dual role Attending Physician/Medical Director, clinical in nature. The candidate must be BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with long‑term care experience.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Regional Medical Director to promote delivery of clinical services that meet AlignMed Partners’ mission of achieving the highest levels of clinical quality, efficiency, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with Centers, Regional Management and AlignMed Partners to oversee implementation, utilization, and outcome measurement of AlignMed Partners clinical programs.
- Provide dual accountability to the Center Administrator and AlignMed Partners Regional Medical Director for clinical care within the Center, plus accountability for delivery of clinical services as stipulated in the Medical Director Agreement.
- Collaborate with the Center Administrator and Director of Nursing to achieve the highest levels of Center performance in quality, safety, and efficiency within a narrow referral network and value‑based reimbursement environment.
Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. required.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred, with maintenance of certification.
- Geriatrics specialization desirable.
- Certified Medical Director (CMD) through AMDA desirable.

Posted Salary Range: USD $200,000.00 – USD $300,000.00 per year.
