Medical Director — Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Clinic | Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
Trinity Hyperbarics is a freestanding hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) and wound care clinic launching in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. We are seeking a physician to serve as Medical Director in a part-time, supervisory capacity structured to complement an existing practice.
The Opportunity
This is a clinical leadership role — not a full-time position. The Medical Director provides physician oversight for a Medicare-enrolled HBOT program treating patients across all 14 FDA-approved indications, with primary volume in diabetic foot ulcers, non-healing wounds, delayed radiation injury, and refractory osteomyelitis. Trinity's operations team manages all scheduling, billing, staffing, and administration; the Medical Director's focus is clinical oversight only.

- Review and approve patient treatment plans and confirm covered indications
- Establish clinical protocols consistent with UHMS guidelines
- Remain available by phone during clinic hours
- Participate in Medicare enrollment with Novitas (Texas MAC)
- On-site presence is not required for every patient session.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Texas medical license (MD or DO)
- Medicare enrollment as a physician provider, or willingness to enroll
- Broad clinical training with comfort managing multi-system patient care
- Hyperbaric board certification not required at launch — UHMS training and certification pathway fully supported
